Isn't the premise of those penalties that the delay pushes the keeper to make a move and allows the taker to put it in the opposite direction. Usually it's just a stutter in the run not this nonsense and he even does the shush gesture in his celebration...

Nah. Tiny squad, crap compared to City.
Put it this way, whoever wins the league this year will have to finish higher than City. Spurs are not going to do that. No way.
Probably the best for us. However a City win every week is expected so a win here will not change that. So Spurs loosing points at home will be nice if that is what happens.

If our aim is to win the league, we want Spurs to win.
If our aim is top 4, we want City to win.
Indeed, although it is one of those rare games for which there is an obvious logical "best" result, but there's also the fact that there's some happiness to be had regardless of what the result is.
So yeah, we want City to drop points and get loads of injuries, but it would also be quite funny to see Spurs get fucking battered and Pochettino and Kane all distraught.
I hope this evil icy rain keeps up for the match.

There was persistent, perishingly cold rain for much of today in Kent. Was hoping the same grimness was pissing down on London.

I can't bring myself to cheer spurs. So if they get beat, i hope it's 14 nil.
