I don't have an issue with us missing out on Alli - we have a gem in Gini who just needs to add a few goals to this game. But the issue with Spurs winning does not bother me as I don't think they are title contenders as they still have some European distractions, and I don't think their squad can cope. My belief is that they will take the Europa Cup seriously because it has a CL prize for the winners - a good option to have given the fierce competition for top 4 in this league. I could say the same for Man United.
All this does mean that after the game with United we could be in 4th as easily as being 2nd if we win - but we know that anyway, but the bigger picture is that Chelsea need to be stopped from winning every fucking game.
