Højlund will - most likely - be an absolute monster for United whether we like it or not.

Completely turned the balance of the game when he was introduced yesterday as United suddenly had a player capable of holding on to the ball AND threaten the area in behind the defenders.
Good battle between he and Gabriel, looks like he doesn’t mind a physical encounter and has a bit of pace to burn too. Not a bad cameo for a 20 year old.

I thought he looked alright, but I didn't think he changed the course of the game. Yeah he held on to the ball, but fucking weghorst did that as well.

They looked much better when Antony went off, because they had garnacho on who seemed to know what the objective of football was.

They still conceded 2 after that, and didn't look that threatening to ramsdale.

They're just shite
Look at their (offside)goal and the link-up pass he makes and you’ll probably see why he’s no Weghorst. He’s also way faster.

I do agree though, United as a whole have looked bleaked and incoherent but he might just spur them on is all Im saying.

Yeah, I didn't like seeing that at all. The kid is apparently a United fan too.
Both of his twin younger brothers are as well. A bit of a coin-toss really here in Denmark; It’s either United or Liverpool (mostly).

There’s an extremely talented (and nice) lad in my eldest class (11-years-old) and his mother is a Liverpool-fan and his father United so he can choose from two set of childhood-pictures when he’s going to the Premier League one day.. 😀

Højlund didnt change the game imho. He looked like he can be a handful for defenders, but so is Chris Wood.
Saliba and Gabriel matched his pace and the only chance he had he fell over.

He might turn out to be alright for them, but the only relevance he'll have to Haaland will be like a younger, uglier and less talented version.
Like a little brother named Egil Haaland.

It's the basically the same in Sweden, especially with the "older" generation. A lot of millennials are Chelsea supporters.

Uglier? Didn't know that was possible.

The fume from Utd, fans, Ten Hag, Neville and journos following Utd have made this Monday so fucking good so far.

Last season was an abberation, feels like we're not competing with Man U any more. It's Arsenal and Man C now.

I honestly thought we were in for Ugarte but PSG must’ve had that wrapped up early with a huge contract, nobody else seemed to get involved at all.

You have to hand it to Goldbridge… describing Maguire & Evans CB partnership as being like “2 dogs shagging while wearing ice skates” is pure genius.
There was another allusion to being as useful as a handbrake on a tortoise.

Also… The Flying Pig , when describing the time between Utd’s goal and Arsenal’s equaliser… “oh no.. shit guys… 29 seconds…. I’d struggle to get a birthday fucking nut off in that time!!!”.

How good is this Evan Ferguson kid then?

We had him on trials:

"I went to Liverpool (trials) a few times. Its a good club, but you see so many boys at Liverpool just fading away & theres no chance to get in first team. I was thinking, ‘Do I just want to play two years of U18s & then go to the U23s & go from there to where?'"

It's the right move. Better chance of coming through a lower club I would think?
