Also can I just say - I think we have nothing to worry about for this game after that pre-match press conference in relation to what Klopp said. It's quite interesting because I think Klopp thinks and really believes that our team on its day is better than them, and I love the fact that he kind of indicated that there really is a score to settle with this lot. I tell you what guys - every fucking player in our team will be up for this one just to show these overpaid, overhyped fuckers - WE ARE THE NUMBER ONE GOAL-SCORING TEAM !!! FUCK YOU CITY AND YOUR BILLIONS.
Extra Note: Do you think there is any truth in the other teams that are competing for 4th with us or more so the ones above us - are they waiting to do their transfers depending on whether we beat Man City ? - I know its a strange thing but could they be waiting out to see if we take points off them this Sunday and then buy in the hope that City will lose a little confidence and probably fuck up a few games in the coming weeks when relegation battles and a tight fixture list comes their way. Just putting it out there for all of you to think about.

The one area we struggled with against City stats wise (apart from that humiliating scoreline thanks to the sending off) last time was aerial battles, which led to a couple of their goals.
I can't see him ignoring that.
We'll start Virgil, & press like mother fuckers from the start, looking for a mistake from Otamendi or Mangala, both who make mistakes under pressure.
How they line up is more intriguing to me. Pep will have seen how much we dominated even at 1 nil down until that sending off, & may be tempted to not play as high a line (he had four players in our half almost constantly even as we were in numbers around their box), I know he loves to attack, as does Klopp, but he's not as tactically obtuse as many seem to think & may choose to play just two or three further up & bolster the midfield from the start.

He'll start Virgil. I suspect he'll start Lallana too instead of Chamberlain.
Our midfield is easily the biggest mismatch in this game & if we can get an hour out of Lallana it may help even that up a little.
Mane will be our most important player though imo, so we best hope he's on top form, VVD keeps that defence organised, & Lallana has recovered enough to put in a 7 out of 10 or better performance. As much Hendo pisses me off, Gini plays better with him there, so we'll need Lallana to link up through the middle.
