Only 2 of the top 25 transfers this summer have been agreed after Covid-19, and one of them is Icardi who was on loan to PSG. Which leaves just Werner to Chelsea.
The rest were all agreed before football "collapsed" and are mostly loans with mandatory fees agreed.
Lets wait and see how this summer turns out first, its a long way to go for many clubs.

At the moment, it's only really chelsea that are spending, everything is made up paper nonsense. Can't see any real movement until everyones seasons finish.
This one could very well happen I reckon. Selling Shaqiri and replacing him with this lad. Who has had a very good season for a Werder Bremen that have been struggeling. 10 goals and 6 assists, playing predominantly on the left. Pacey winger, attacking midfielder.
