This feels different to China a few years ago - the biggest stars in the game are already there and now even players in their prime are starting to leave for Saudi money. You can bet Salah already has a giant offer, Bobby will likely end up there and overall this will become a huge factor in this summer’s transfers.
BTW the 4 “top” Saudi clubs making all these giant transfers are all owned by the same entity. It’s naked state-funded investment in football.
