As gkmacca pointed out a few posts back, we seem to have done our bit with Fekir before he went. IF talks have resumed, it's got to be some re-negotiation between the clubs. Arl-arse will obviously want maximum bucks and will be stalling, hoping his boy impresses the World Cup scouts perhaps. Liverpool will be playing it cool, knowing that Fekir was as good as done and they WILL have a measure of his desire to be part of Klopp's project. Things will move after the WC, not because we need to talk to Fekir again, but because Fekir and his agent will be able to turn the screw and put pressure on Arl-arse to make the move happen.

Or, it's all bollocks and we have walked away due to long term fitness concerns.

I was listening to talksport a couple of hours ago and they some French football journo in talking about the World Cup etc and asked him about Fekir and if he’d move this summer. His reply was that we agreed a fee, agreed personal terms, NOTHING was wrong with his medical, and it was all to go through but then his agents asked for more money so we pulled out.
