Following a discussion about kids TV, a colleague posed the question "Was Mr Benn a shoplifter?"
Ok he stepped into the room at the back of the shop, dressed up and went about his business and then sometime later returned the clothes to the shop. I do not remember seeing money change hands, so back to the question did he nick the clothe only to return them sometime later as used goods!!!
