Apparently the reason they're denying it is cos they can't do anything until the stock market opens.

If it's open then that can't be true because the stock market (not just the managers of the market) must be made aware any changes immediately.

You can list in two countries though, e.g. as a subsidiary. Not sure if that is the case here though.

I think he's gone though, so many papers & media outlets all reporting something en masses usually means it's done.
