I think Clarke has as much as Kenny to do with us winning games now.
We defend so much better.
Confidence is the biggest thing in football and that is what Kenny has brought back more than anything else.
Certainly things are looking fantastic at the moment.
Only word of caution is that you would expect any Liverpool side to put it up to the top teams at home.
Even Roy's Liverpool smashed Chelsea at home.
Utd had a very poor backline out that we exploited and a midfield that badly missed Fletcher.
Let's just hope we can bounce on from here and do it against the lesser teams.

for me it was not the fact that we won, it was how we won, i have not seen us play like this for a while if at all. Truth be told I didn't like how Ged played and Rafa didn't tickle mu fancy either. I can't recall any of them having a team which played with such fluidity, our final 5 players were often playing total football with movement all over the place. brilliant stuff.

Exactly my thoughts.
I can't wait till the summer and Kenny gets to start putting the pieces together.
If Maxi (who makes great runs and fantastic movements but is shite at everything else) can be replaced with genuine quality and we get to bring in a very good central midfielder (plus solid additions to the squad, whether it be purchases or the young lads from the reserves), we'll be laughing.
Funnily enough the player I want most right now is Xabi. He would fit in perfectly in Lucas's position. Is there any comparable player around right now? In fact is Xabi doing well for Madrid right now? Cause if he's not...
