I'd like to see Brendan be brave & swap Sakho for Touré.
As long as he explains to Sakho it's just cos he need to get more fitness & minutes under his belt when it's not such a tight match it shouldn't be an issue.

I agree completely. He's got class, but he's too excited and making to many rash decisions. Skrtel on the other hand has been immaculate.
Hendo and Wisdom's side is also being targeted repeatedly. Wisdom looks like he's feeling a bit of pressure tonight.
Half time thoughts:
Mingolet has played well
Sakho is going to be excellent - you can tell he's struggling with a) match fitness and b) the pace of the game. He's got everything you need though.
Skrtel - can he be dropped? What a tackle ... He is playing at the level he got to two years ago ... LONG may it last.
Henderson - another very good performance
Coutinho - seems to be breaking out of his funk - some great balls, releasing it earlier ... He'll get a goal or assist by games' end.
Sturridge - 4 in 4? Stuuuuuuuuuudge
Moses - Wow. I'm very very impressed. You know Dave? Well, he was right. Fucking hell, how do we sign him?

Yes. It's not helped Wisdom that he's been playing at CB in the ressies, then for England, and now he's back at RB and he seems to be unsure of his positioning.

Nah, Sahko's always had an ego on him, according to PSG fans I've talked to (they love him though).
No way will a 15m centre back like him accept being taken off after 45 minutes because of some match fitness excuse. In which case he should have come on with 20 minutes left. Not saying that's what should be accepted, but I think that's how he is.
To be honest with you I think it would be braver of Rodgers to stick with the slightly nervous Sahko and let him have the full 90 minutes to get his confidence up for the next game and beyond.
He's obviously not otherwise he would be in. Now just a nervy 45 to get through 🙂
His issue for me while at liverpool was always that he took too long to make his decisions on the ball. With enough time he'd give some fantastic passes.
We should pressure him at all times to force the errors.
