Is at it again in the metro today.

Liverpool don't have enough quality, are too far behind, and won't finish in the top four.

Oh, and he can't spell Xabi Alonso.

What's his problem? Just the 9-0?

If Mark Bright says that we've no chance then we can rest assured we're still the race. He really is a dim cunt.

I had to laugh whilst listening to a football discussion on radio 5 last night. Last week the media were discussing LFC "a club in crisis" and this week they have turned their attention to United. Motson, Claridge and one or two others discussing United's midfield frailty and Rooney's isolation, also Ferdinand's poor form/injury problems, Berbatov's workrate, oh and apparently they're missing Ronaldo and Tevez.

There was "concern" that United could be about to be found out and that maybe they are there-for-the-taking.

These idiots are as bad as the financial experts who failed to predict the credit crunch but now are giving their expert opinion on where we go from here.

It'll be our turn again next week if we don't beat Fulham.

i saw that. getting furious on a packed train to Charing Cross is the last fucking thing i need at 7.30 in the morning.

guy's a godamn moron. 'worst squad we've ever had under Benitez' or some such....does he not realise that our 1st XI, which imo is the equal of any side in the league, AT LEAST, forms part of our squad.

to quote Chris Morris: his opinions are rabid, pig-ignorant, and stultifyingly ill-informed. Thanks for those, Mark.

He doesn't even seem to hide the fact that he hates Liverpool and I can't really understand why.

The other week when we lost to Sunderland I turned on that Final Score (poor man's Soccer Saturday) thing on BBC and he was on there. The presenter asked the panel if Liverpool could still win the title and he piped up, all smug, with "they won't even finish top 4".

That feeble column in the Metro has been going for years and he's never missed a chance to slag us off in it. I remember a few years ago he was on about the Champions League. Obviously he thought all the English teams would do really well and go a long way, apart from us. That was the year we won it of course.

There must be something that has upset him. Did Hattie from Eastenders run off with a Scouser or something?

I remember someone saying years ago that, during his playing days, even his teammates used to hate him and his constant whingeing. He does seem to have it in for us, but I doubt we're the only ones who hate him.

Pundits aren't the brightest people are they? N'gog was getting pasted when he came on as a sub about his below par performance in the week. He scored and they turned on a sixpence. Amazing!

They got their own back for that in the semi final that year though didn't they?

Yes. I remember it all too well - I was on holiday in the States, my first trip over there, phoned home specially for the result and wished I hadn't. That dipstick Pardew scored the winner. >🙁

Mark Bright is a massive whopper. That column in Metro is the biggest load of crap - whatever the topic (but particularly if it involves us) you can guarantee that it will be absolute drivel.

The irony is he talks like he some bloody authority on the subject.

Massive dribbling bell-end. If he had anything that was worthwhile to say, he would have an article in a rag more exclusive than every tramps' favourite blanket, Metro.

Steve Claridge is another ignorant gobshite who keeps cropping up on the BBC.

On "The Monday Night Club" on BBC Radio 5 Live last night, he confidently asserted that Liverpool "are a two-man team" and that if Gerrard and Torres aren't playing, we don't stand a chance of winning any matches.

This seemed to fly in the face of events that took place little more than 24 hours previously.
