Mane Got The Space Aids

I imagine just about ever player is gonna get a doze of it. Hopefully it doesn't have long term effects, what with them all being fit fuckers.

At the same time, why couldn't this have happened during the Hodgson days.

Hearing that Paul Konkladsi or whatever he was called, or thst useless Danish fucker had been struck down by Covid 16 wouldn't have felt so concerning.

Don't forget Joke Hole.

I really want to say "just get the whole team infected and be done with it". They all miss their respective national team fixtures and will be back for the Everton game.
That's obviously risky and stupid but FFS...Mane is in superb form right now.

There is no long term effect unless you have pre-existing condition, very unhealthy individual or old (age 60 and above). It's a messy fever-flu, and depends on the medical care you get, you will suffer quite a fair bit in the middle part of the illness (usually 4-5 days in). Some don't suffer as much, it is all down to your internal immune system.

As long as these blokes don't have heart problems, pneumonia , diabetes and asthma, they should all be fine.

There is a long-term effect on lungs, even for symptom-free cases, as far as I understand. That’s why a chest X-ray is the most reliable way of detecting COVID post-factum, as it shows characteristic patterns of damage in the lungs.

There is virtually no evidence to back this up and loads to dismiss it.
There has been documents cases of perfectly healthy young people surviving Covid and having lung damage afterwards or even strokes.

I gues it'll be surprising if this is limited to just mane and thiago

That's why I'm not joking with this null and void shout. It's going to be carnage very very soon with loads of players testing positive for it.

If memory serves, the positive test result is quite arbitrary. You can keep the PCR reaction going all week long to amplify the smallest strand of viral RNA to achieve a positive result. The time limit is chosen by a data scientist who looked at the statistical data I'm sure. So it's no coincidence before the international break we shoved the swab a bit further into Sadio's nose to get a bigger initial load, and bring about the positive test. From now on we just need to put the swabs in only half way. Then once another opportune moment arrives, stick it up deep into Salah and Virgil's noses, get them onto TUE's. By the middle of the season we'd have enhanced the entire squad.

I'm pretty sure it has to progress to complications after the initial mild infection for this to be the case. Mane currently has the minor infection, if it esculates to pneumonia we'll have to worry, however whilst it does happen in some healthy younger people, it's definitely a minority, and it's even less likely for him as he'll be monitored daily by our medical team.

Is that what the whole hoo-ha about false positives is then? The PCR doesn't tell you if the virus it came from was even viable in the first place?

Why are so many footballers getting effected with Covid189 when much of what they do is so controlled and observed?

Was about to post yesterday that I saw some Twitter rumours about 6 of our players getting the rona (including Mane) but thought it was probably just someone trolling FF-obsessed cunts, based on who wasn't in the team for the cup tie. It's bound to happen to someone sooner rather than later tho (especially with the internationals now), isn't it?

Was it confirmed that Trent had it when he was out for a couple of weeks with a minor injury pre season?
