well, in certain aspects i thought we played quite well, our ball retention and passing seemed a hell of a lot better than in recent weeks. But again i never felt we'd get a goal . Some will say that it wasn't our day in that front but lets be honest it happens too often . An ability issue , a mental one ..i don't know .

Absolutely woeful in the final 3rd. Did we have 3 shots on goal or something? They could have played without a keeper. Forwards and midfield looked disjointed. Two games running the formation hasn't worked, albeit we're short on decent fullbacks.

Sturridge not taking that on and shooting with his right is unforgiveable. Looked like he felt he had to give it to Suarez.
