He's been superb and anyone that can't see his class must have been blinfed by the awful results.
 
I think the penalty was a worse decision than the sending off.

Before I turned on the TV I was so optimistic and then I saw the team with Maxi, Kuyt, Lucas, Skrtel, Agger and so on and thought... we just don't have the quality.

Poor Kenny, the side he left 20 years ago would win this easily.

And Maxi deserves to be withdrawn .. but would rather have seen Lucas off for Shelvey than Meireles.

He has no bite (he bottles out of challenges all the time) to his game, loses the ball a lot and doesn't score. He seems to think he can score, and maybe once he gets a few the floodgates will open, and also having no defensive midfielder means that he has to play deeper where loosing the ball and being a crap tackler are massive negatives....
