There's a few of our first teamers that dont deserve to be there even on their very fucking best day, so to have a go at him makes no sense.

You really liked Ziege as a Liverpool player? I thought he was fucking rubbish for us. Which was annoying because I liked the *idea* of him so much (and that cool name). Agree with the rest of your list, apart perhaps from Dirk and Kewell (who was another I thought would be great and was actually pretty shite). Oh, and Babel, obv.

Ziege had some great games for us. Check out the Treble video and see how often he was involved in moves that led to goals. He was my MOTM when we went to Roma and beat them (again 8)), playing at LM and really taking the fight to the Italians. Ziege's problem - like that of so many fullbacks we've signed over the years - was that he'd have been best suited to a wingback role, which we've never played except for a while under the first Roy.
