Look at the way he even dribbles past Skrtel there.
He can do no wrong on the pitch.

The hustle for his first goal yesterday was brilliant, he made mugs of those 2 defenders.

Its funny and great to watch the way he makes defenders flap around just by his presence.

Ballon d'Or voting reveals that Gerrard and Agger DON'T think Suarez is best in the world

LIVERPOOL players Steven Gerrard and Daniel Agger could have some explaining to do to red-hot Luis Suarez in training tomorrow morning as the voting results for the Ballon d'Or have been revealed.

By Colin Harvey/Published 13th January 2014

As the captains of their respective countries they are entitled to rank the top three players in the world in the vote. Their top choice gets five points, second gets three and third gets just one.

On the night an emotional Cristiano Ronaldo walked away with the coveted prize, ending Lionel Messi's four year winning streak.
But on closer inspection of the voting results, of the three Liverpool players who captain their country and are entitled to a vote, only Martin Skrtel voted for Suarez as their number one pick.

Cold shoulder? Gerrard only rated Suarez as the third best in the world [GETTY]

England captain Steven Gerrard put the Uruguayan in third place behind Ronaldo and Messi while Agger overlooked Suarez completely, instead voting for Messi, Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Skrtel will be in the good books as he put Suarez as his number one choice ahead of Ronaldo and Messi.
Diego Lugano will be firmly on the christmas card list alongside Skrtel after the Uruguay skipper also voted his teammate as the number one.

You're my number one: Skrtel rates Suarez as the best in the world [GETTY]

Uruguay's manager, Oscar Tabárez completely overlooked his star man, voting for Franck Ribery, Messi and Ronaldo.
Nothing like a vote of confidence!

He's so good it's staggering. I can't remember a footballer quite like him to be honest.

I don't love him though, hell I don't even really like him. I'm not sure if that's the way I feel about all footballers these days really, but I can't look at this guy, and the way he's acted towards us and others over the last year or two and 'love' him. It just isn't there.

I enjoy watching him play cos he's on a different level, but I've got zero emotion towards him really.

You know Ryan - If you keep this deflating, negative clap trap up you are going to get yourself a reputation as a thread ruining bellend. Just a heads up fella.

Heh, I can see how it bursts the bubble of the thread, but it is what it is. He's amazing, but he's still the same dick.
Indeed but alot of the things you disliked about his game are gone now, or ar least he hasn't shown them this season,

little moaning, no diving, no attacking teammates, no biting, no racist remarks, more goals, more assists, more dribbles, more workrate, more wins, more everything really.

Trust Agger to vote for massive zlatan - bloody scando's

PS he is our most gifted ever player and I'm just enjoying every game he plays for us.

If he stays fit there is a chance we can win the league.

If everyone else stays fit there is a bigger chance.

I can't wait for the OT game.

I'm with Ryan on this one. Probably the best player I've ever seen play for Liverpool but he'll drop us like a stone in the summer if we don't meet his requirements.

I said to my mate last week, part of me suspects real have advised if he wants to play for them he needs to sort his global reputation out.

It may be cynical but there's no way I will rule it out.

Yous'uns can get to fuck with your negative vibes.

I well understand Ryan and his pals' perspective in truth. It's why I say I love him in spite of myself, and perhaps of knowing better. However he'[s fighting like fuck for our team just now, he's clearly beloved of his team mates, which says a lot I think, and if we make top 4 he'll be here. As Dave sez, if not, he goes having repaid his debt, and with my best wishes.

The same Real that deals with Ramos, Pepe etc? Come on ... They could care less imo.

I would like to dedicate this to Luis.

Luis, if you're reading this, this one's for you.

I'm not sure why I'm getting such comments to be honest. I'm not disputing his ability, just stating I find it hard to really like him.

Why's that such an issue?

I don't think you should be getting any stick. Your stance is valid and understandable.
I was so furious at him during the summer and the dirty games he played with us. I swore never to love any footballer again.

I know that most football players these days are greedy mercenaries, earning ridiculous sums of money, and have very little loyalty to clubs.
We, fans, love our clubs. So that's quite a conflict for us.

However, we are football fans. What's the point if no passion is involved?
Passion = Love or Hate and then some stuff in between (=indifference).
We, as football fans need our heroes. There's currently no bigger hero than Suarez.

I'm breaking the promise I made to myself.
I'm adoring him! 😉

I wouldn't swap him for Messi and Ronaldo.

Follow my lead Ryan
