Sead Kolasinac will make a decision imminently on whether to sign for Arsenal or AC Milan, according to his father.

The Schalke left-back was reported to have agreed to join Arsenal last week, however his father has denied that is the case.

Sky in Germany understand an agreement has been reached between Arsenal and the player - a free agent this summer - while Sky Sports News HQ understands the 23-year-old attracted interest from Premier League leaders Chelsea in January.

When quizzed about his son's next move, Kolasinac senior told Bosnian TV station N1 Sarajevo: "Next week we will decide everything."

I see no mention of either Arsenal or AC Milan by his father.

Really not fussed if Arse get Kolanasic..don't think he's anything special...just a decent buy on a free.

I think it is about time the club actually bought one of KHL's Danes. He's been recommending a succession of Viking pretenders for many years, and the least the club can do is buy one. Plus, we'll have an immediate target for forum ire should the player turn out to be more Poulson than Laudrup.

Dolberg is boss though. We need a Scando in the team, and seeing as there are only shite Norwegians, a Dane is alright

Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres forged a friendship during their time together at Liverpool Getty

Fernando Torres has revealed he felt “so sorry” for Steven Gerrard after witnessing the infamous slip which cost his former Liverpool team-mate his best chance of a Premier League winner’s medal.
The Atletico Madrid striker was on the pitch that day playing for Chelsea, whose 2-0 victory at Anfield in April 2014 fatally damaged his former club's hopes of a first league title in 24 years.
Liverpool went behind on the brink of half time after a slip by Gerrard allowed Demba Ba to pick up the loose ball, run through on goal and finish past Simon Mignolet.

Torres fostered a close relationship with Gerrard during his four years at Liverpool between 2007 and 2011 and was hurt to see his friend’s misfortune.
"I felt so sorry for Stevie,” he told the BBC’s Football Focus programme. “We didn't have chances to win the Premier League and Liverpool were so close.
“And I know how important it is for Liverpool to win the Premier League after so many years and it was so unfair for Stevie.

“He was the person who really deserved to win the Premier League, but that's football. In one second everything changed.”
Chelsea’s win that day was rounded off by Willian in the fourth minute of added-on time. Torres himself could have administered the coup de grace after going through one-on-one on Mignolet, but instead chose to lay the ball off to his Brazilian team-mate.

When asked why he had not taken a shot at goal for himself, Torres, who sits 20th in Liverpool's all-time scoring ranks, simply said: “I had a team-mate next to me in a better position.”
Torres also hailed Gerrard as the best player he has played with throughout his career, telling Football Focus: “He is everything I needed on the pitch altogether in one player.
“I was a big fan of Stevie before I went to Liverpool but playing with him was much better than I was expecting. It was amazing, by far the best player I played with and I would pay to play with him again.

Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres has told BBC Sport that he would he pay money to play with former Liverpool teammate Steven Gerrard again.
The pair enjoyed a special relationship on and off the pitch during Torres' three-and-a-half seasons at Anfield.
While Gerrard stayed at Liverpool for nearly all of his career, Torres, who moved to the Merseyside club in 2007, completed a controversial £50 million switch to Chelsea in January 2011.
"He is everything I need on the pitch in one player," Torres said of the 36-year-old. "I was a big fan of Stevie before I was a Liverpool player, everybody is.
"But playing with him was much better than what I was expecting. It was amazing, he is by far the best player I have played with. I would pay to play with him again."

Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard spent three-and-a-half seasons together at Liverpool.
Gerrard called an end to his glittering 19-year playing career in November following a spell with LA Galaxy, winning almost everything there is to win as a player while at Liverpool.
However, Torres considers the fact Gerrard does not have a Premier League winners' medal to be a source of regret, despite him coming close in the 2008-09 and 2013-14 seasons.
"I felt so sorry for Stevie because we didn't have [many] chances to win the Premier League, and Liverpool was so close [in 2014] after so many years," Torres said.
"It was really unfair on Stevie because he is the person who deserves to win the Premier League and you know in one second [with the slip against Chelsea], everything has changed."
Gerrard rejoined Liverpool as an academy coach in a floating role for various age groups at the beginning of the year and is reportedly set to take charge of the under-18s next season.”

I'll bet that photo at the top was taken at the game at Stamford Bridge just days after he signed for them. He knew, he KNEW he'd just made the mistake of his life - it was written all over him that day, and the result rubbed salt in the wound.
