We've signed no one and there's been no leaks as to who we will sign. Klopp deserves sometime off to be with his family, allow him two weeks before rattling the cages.

I don't get the comparison at all. Dolberg is a CF who scores far more goals (though in an admittedly far weaker league) and has double the assists and double the shots (same accuracy). Schick is a winger, similar skills to Firmino or Lallana though he's faster over the first 5-10m. Would it be OK if I take both but not one over the other ?
I guess a lot of people will judge him from his performance in the Europa League final where is first touch was decent but he didn't get a second touch before being subbed.
Great season, but he also showed in Euro final that he has a lot to prove to carry a 30 M pound pricetag. He is nowhere near that at the moment. Maybe he should stay in Ajax another season for development reason and lets keep monitoring him.
Grujic was in similar position and cost is 4 M which is more fair for a young guy.
As far as ludicrous or otherwise rumours go, I'm OK with links to players like Keita, Mendy and Van Dijk - it shows we are addressing obvious weaknesses in the team in defence and midfield - but where the FUCK are all the links to attacking players and strikers?

Anyways, he had a bad game and he thought so too;

I think you could argue that he was very isolated and his teammates failed to release the ball to him on several occasions and United, well, just played extremely defensively giving away very little space. Even so, I also think he looked a bit "young" and second best against Smalling etc., it wasn't a good game for him at all.
However that doesn't change the fact that he's been impressing against almost everyone else, from Schalke to Lyon to Feyenoord to PSV. Doesn't change the fact he's outscored any other teenager in the Europa League as well as he's been in devastating form more or less all season in his first senior season. Doesn't change the fact he looks exactly like what we need, he's got all the attributes and the mentality to become an absolutely devastating world class striker.
Having watched more or less all of his games I can say without any shadow of a doubt that his potential is far greater than any of our current lot - which in itself should make him a strong candidate. I even believe he would be ready to play from day one and give our attack much more power and weight.
@redhorizon2 you suggest that we buy a player with 11 goals to his name this season instead of the one with 22, who's even two years younger than him? I get that the Serie A is a stronger league in general but what else do you know about this Schick that makes him a stronger candidate in your opinion? (I mean apart from the fact he wasn't invisible in an EL finale against one of the most defensive United teams ever).
