Ludicrous Rumours P2

Hasnt he sold him twice?
Ha, I guess so.

But he's not really a manager for building and developing youngsters is he? I mean he seems to prefer his players at peak age. Just wouldn't be too surprised by that move is all.

Aubameyang has told Dortmund that he wants to leave, according to Bild.
55 mill £.

rumour on twitter is Ryan Sessegnon has decided to join Spurs

If that's true I hope it doesn't set the tone for our summer dealings.

Annoying but we wouldn't see him in a red shirt for a while anyway so no immediate disappointment.

If true, that's annoying, but you have to say totally understandable from the player's perspective. He has the example of Gareth Bale right in front of him and he doesn't have to leave London - that might be a crucial factor for a 16-year-old.

Can we still get Kolasinac?

It's more the daily drip feeding by fsg that we are going to 'spend big'. Big talk for 2 weeks.

If I was a young promising player who all the top sides were in for I would 100% go to Spurs.

They have a track record of buying and PLAYING young players.

Telefoot reporting that City and Real Madrid have bid 130 mill € for Mbappe.

Insane if true.

City not hanging around whereas we've got our dick in our hands waiting for July 1st or whenever the transfer window opens

City are going to spend gazillions it would seem.

It feels like a good window to squad build as there are lots of good players available.

Man City should be winning the league anyway with the quality of their squad.
I'm OK if they splurge millions on tippy tappy players that don't interest us, especially if it upsets Stirling.
It definitely makes things interesting as it stimulates the market. Monaco will now have a tonne of cash to tempt high profile players and I suspect that they will have similar targets to us. I just hope that West Ham can get stupid amounts for Lanzini (hopefully not from us) as they might actually give us 35mil for Sturridge.

Yet to be seen if all the activity will have a positive or negative influence on our transfers.

Its madness... Madness. 29th May and not one player signed. Madness. City have already fired the starting gun.

Note, tongue was mainly in cheek. But I get your point, every summer it seems we have a list of targets which proceed to join Spurs or Dortmund these days. Occasionally Arsenal or Chelsea.

If true, he's an idiot.
He's got Rose and Davies to compete with

And that's just if he plays at fullback. If he plays further forward he'll have even more - and IMO even stronger - competition. He should look at how things went for Sigurdsson when he turned us down to go there.

On the left wing Spurs have Son and Lamela, who is probably leaving. That's not top-notch competition.
