Liverpool Reserves v Chelsea Reserves - Today 2pm KO.

Our Reserves travel to Chelsea this afternoon hopefully the likes of Suso and Amoo get the chance to impress again.

Ill be watching most of it, Ill post anything of note in here for those of you interested but unable to view. Ill also be uploading highlights of the game later tonight to my youtube channel.

As I'm still home in parental leave, I think I'll watch a bit of this myself. Chelsea has spent a fortune on a new acadamy and young players. Should be a good match, and hopefully Suso will play.

I'm told Pacheco, Suso, Wilson and Shelvey are all playing its yet to be confirmed however tho my source is usually correct with team selections.

It's been all Chelsea so far we really look vulnerable at the back.

Deserved lead. Poor defending first by Wilson and then Amoo.

Wisdom looks cumbersome.

Reserves back 4 similar to that of our first team in that they cant head a ball.

Look like they going concede from every ball put in the box.

I never used to care about results in the Reserves.

Feel a little glum about this tho; would have been nice to get some good news.

Still, if the kids are willing to show more gutsd than the 1st team thats still something.

And we're sitting FAR TO DEEP even at Reserve-level now...

We have a couple of special players but more players who will never make it.

this Chelsea team has some talent too.

Can only help them seeing a player of his stature in the stands.

We struggle to string two passes together. Pacheco has been completely invisible so has Ince, Eccleston, Amoo and Suso for that matter.

Wilson, Shelvey and perhaps LB Robinson are the only ones who can somehow keep their heads up so far.

Probably right. There's no pace about him at all and you're at least expecting a bit if that from your fullbacks these days. Robinson looks better on the left.
