Gene Hughes is definitely the best of the bunch anyway. All the others are like Cherry Cola.

That would explain the stalling tactics.

But if there's a valid sale agreement already made, as NESV insist, it won't make a difference.

How does that work though? If not obstructed, in a way that has been deemed by courts to be incorrect, the sale would have already taken place.

Hasn't this been covered? He can't sell them because it's illegal for him to do so. For all intents and purposes his shares have already been sold to NESV
