So- if it turns out that we're actually fucking loaded in about 2 weeks, we'll want to change the 'mend and make do' policy, and bring in some players from a higher tier than we've been contemplating. Obviously, we're not going to sign Lionel Messi, but if Hodgy gets a blank chequebook and money that makes Citeh look poor, who would be a good buy to strengthen us?

Is Defour still the number 1 for CM with Parker? How about an audacious bid for Milner? If Citeh won't pay 30 million, why shouldn't we, and tuck a bunch of 20s into O'Neill's pocket as we pat his cheeks and say, 'there's a nice boy'.

Let's shop for the last 2 weeks of the transfer season like we're fucking loaded.
 
Lets make up a load of fake wads of £50 notes and wave them at the away fans when they come to Anfield like the chavs did when Roman turned up......

Realistic please! Barca won't sell Iniesta. Chavs won't sell Dogbreath and Essien. Kaka and Higuain are perhaps more realistic, as Maureen may decide to have a clearout anyway.

Out: Aqua, Lucas, Babel, Ngog, Maxi

In: Figeroa, Cissokho, Bastos, Ozil, Ramires, Defour, Schweinstiger, Forlan/Aguero, Dzeko.

Would complete our squad. Done over 2 summers and a january window.
