Good result, again. Not a great show though, we were slightly better than Fulham, who had chances.
Nunez is a worry. I'd have him 6th choice forward if everyone was fit. That ain't good considering the outlay.

My stream actually didn't phase out once, loved it.
Shame it was a dead game...can't remember a proper chance we actually created.
1st half was passive, kept the ball ok but again it was all tedious sideways and back.....Nunez showing off his counter pressing skills to win the pen, contact was soft for me....if ref don't give it, we don't get it overturned in our favour Imo.
Then 2nd half starts and wow.....we were SHIT. Jones Hendo Mo all guilty of giving it away. Nunez couldn't really get into it. Diaz was doing some nice stuff here and there, especially when he set up that chance for Mo which he skied into row Z.
MOTM? Trent by far. Fab also had a very good game (for a change), Ibou was neat and tidy. Ali was there when we needed him. Diaz was good. Rest were pretty average/poor.

Fab was wank. Watching a 34 year old William glide past him while he was trying his very best to keep up should be the last straw, he can't start next season.

I agree he can't be starting next season but overall he put in a good performance and was 1 of our better players, Willian is 5x quicker than any of our midfielders, he also breezed past Trent 1 time when Trent was trying to grab him back.....big deal?
& no Leno didn't have a thing to do other than pick the ball out the net.
That was his best game for a while. As a team, we weren't great, it was a functional win. I thought he did ok but it doesn't change the fact that we can't be going into next season with him.
Imagine our midfield against Bellingham, Tcouameni and Camavinga. And Modric. And Valverde. They're all miles better than any of ours. We need to find some gems.

Any midfield would struggle against one of, if not (soon to be) best midfield 3 in the world....and like you say we won't need to be worrying about that anyway. We need to focus on beating the likes of Forest Bournemouth and Palace away.
I don't think Leno made a save, but he did come of his line a couple of times to sweep up through balls and he did it well.
