That's exactly what I dreaded when he was appointed.
Kenny the player was god for me. My all time favourite player. My idol as a child/teenager. He still is.
He then went on to be player/manager and put together than magic team of 1987-1989, which played the best ever football I saw any Liverpool team play.
But then there was Hillsborough and all seemed to have gone wrong for Kenny and the club. We did win the league in 1990, but the football wasn't the same - too defensive and causious at times - and some of the players he brought were not of Liverpool standard.
When they appointed him again last year as a caretaker manager I had my doubts. I was afraid it would be the Kenny of the last year of his first term. However, some of the footy we played last season was brilliant and he brought Suarez, which was very promising. So I thought - great! he's proving me wrong.
Then those signings in the summer (and the Andy Carroll signing) - I had my doubts, but hey - it's King Kenny who I adore! So I decided to trust the man and hope for the best.
It's not looking good now. The players, the football, the results. It hasn't been looking good for some time now (there were some rays of hope, but it's genrally quite gloomy).
I really hope it's just a blip and the pieces will eventually fall into the right places soon.
I will alwyas love and adore Kenny Dalglish no matter what.
I really hope he's going to tuen things around. I can't say I'm optimistic though.
