The fact everyone hates him makes me like him even more ... I haven't liked a Liverpool player this much since Fowler and I honestly hope all this shit keeps him with us till the day he retires. He'll lift the Premier League trophy & Big Ears during that time with us too.

On the bright side, we don't have much to play for the rest of the season, so we can afford an early month's rest for Suarez as he's not going to have a proper summer break (he's off to the Confederations Cup). If he's to miss 6 games, then that's just 2 games in the new season that matters.

The ref gave Defoe a yellow card. The FA wrote in their statement that the officials didnt see the incident yesterday.

Clearly insufficient should be warning to us about the length of the ban. The crock of shite FA will give him a ridiculous ban. Just wait and see.

Fuck them
Fuck writing to UEFA about Rooneys ban
Fuck the media
Fuck some of our former players
Fuck Ivanovics honeyglazed barbeque sauce covered elicious arm for fooling Suarez
Fuck football

*rant over*

I'm quiffing, but what's the difference between yesterday and this (yellow card, no retrospective action)? And don't give me any shit about FA rules. They're charging him with violent conduct (so beyond the usual 3 match ban) - they could have done that with Defoe....

The best argument against the charge is that a bite doesn't constitute either excessive force or brutality.

Violent conduct
A player is guilty of violent conduct if he uses excessive force or brutality against an opponent when not challenging for the ball.

All this finger pointing to other incidents is senseless.

He's talking sense. Which is quite shocking to hear in the media these days.
The Paddy Crerand show would be the opposite I can imagine.

"He should be tarred and feathered that bloody foreigner"

If you don't want any shit about FA rules then nobody can answer you sensibly.

I'm guessing, and you can correct the guess if you like, that it will be less than the Evra ban ... but more than the Terry ban ... 5-7 (I'm hoping)
