When you actually watch the clip, which I pointed out to a mate as it transpired on live tv, there is a black guy smack in the middle of those guys that are being accused.. he doesn’t flinch, once!
And yet, a couple of blokes get banned for racial abuse, which probably most likely didn't happen.
You don't have to be a qualified lip reader to figure what was shouted at sterling

According to one supporter, who had his son's season ticket (and was hurling non-racist abuse himself), the man mouthing what looks to be racist abuse, regularly shouts racist comments.
"The season ticket belongs to my son, and he said: ‘One of the guys is regularly shouting racist abuse.’
“So I said: ‘Why don’t you say anything?’ He said: ‘Dad, I’ve got to sit with them. If anything comes back, I’ve got to put up with it."
It most probably did happen.
Its the fear of being ridiculed for trying an amusing title & failing badly.Be nice if you added something else to your titles ! You seem to be developing a habit of starting a thread with just a player's name .. and it scares the shit out of me whenever I see it!
Gomez : I assumed out for season or complete injury breakdown
Barnes : thought he'd died.
Fucking hell Tom.
It's depressing how many pundits can't seem to move beyond Sterling on this topic. It's like watching a fly repeatedly bounce off a window. Some footballers, whatever their race, just irritate some fans. He's managed by people who are continually trying to engineer his image, and usually make it worse. Yes, he gets jeered because of how he left LFC, and he deserves it, and it's nothing to do with racism. Yes, they chant that he runs like a girl, because he certainly does have one of the weirdest running styles ever, and fans seize on such things, and again it's not racist. Yes, his poor finishing has in the past been slammed, because it was indeed exasperating until recently, and again there's nothing racist about that. Like any black player, he's also likely to attract racist abuse, but by trying to blend that in with everything else that's negative about his particular treatment, pundits are making the serious analysis of the phenomenon less effective and impressive.
