Yep. If he's agreed to go Bayern, it's in Jan and will be for a fee. He can't agree a pre-contract with them.

Sources close to the player have now told LFC Transfer Room there is serious interest in him from a club in the Chinese Super League, who are looking to sign him for £10 million.

I'd take Wilshere if it is the intention to use him in a human sacrifice or something.
Maybe we can stitch the good bits of him and Sturridge together to make a player who will make 7-10 appearances a season instead of 2-5
