Lemar?Man Utd are supposedly after Mahrez, if Coutinho is going I can think of no better replacement.
Butland is being pushed by gerrard. The scouts / analytics team have identified Alison of Roma as the best choice. I've not seen the latter play.
One of the fastest and most agile GKs around:
Downing + Carroll MK2That’d be the main concern with Gerrard manager - that he’d sign a load of average Prem players.

It depends on value, my guess is nothing lower than £50mImpressive
He plays for Brazil ... what on earth has relative experience in the CL got to do with it ? The PL & Serie A have more than enough top teams between them to give him ample experience. And how do we know what Roma have or have not lined up ? Why on earth would they want Ming ? Player exchanges almost never happen in reality.I dont think the Alisson transfer will happen for two reasons.
1 - His relative inexperience in Europe, only established himself as #1 this season
2 - Have Roma lined up a replacement? Im sure they won't want Ming.

Weren't Real offering Man Utd something like £80m for De Gae and that was before the Neymer transfer? How come keepers tend to go for less that outfield players when they're so damn important? You'd think the best would go for a fortune. City just spent 35m on Ederson, and that's the highest ever paid for a keeper. It's always been the way. I don't get it.

But £65m wasn't enough though was it? We just paid £75m for a defender, but if a club wanted to buy a proven world class GK now, how much do you think you'd have to pay for the likes of Oblak, De Gae, Neuer or Courtois?65, and yeah that's a few quid, but he's loads more important / better than Pogba, for example.

De Gea apart (Real, Barca, PSG have a premium). Similar, £75m should do it for any of those mentioned, maybe less (however you need a club willing to sell who can't afford to say no - Roma, Atleti, Napoli, Sevilla etc. fit that bill). But £65m wasn't enough though was it? The fact he's keeping Ederson out of the Brazilian national team probably tells us all we need to know.Allisson is certainly quick and agile - that penalty save was insane. He looks the kind of keeper you would always be looking for the rebound from but fortunately he's quick in the recovery. How do people feel he would fare in our system? I saw Rurik's stats before and he seems to be right at the top of his game, but you can't really compare unless you have similar set-ups. based on the very little I've seen, I'd have this lad any day of the week before Butland who was a keeper I actually wanted last season.
Not really.. Joe Hart keeps pretty much everyone out the England team. The fact he's keeping Ederson out of the Brazilian national team probably tells us all we need to know.
What strange, out-dated, examples, and Ming ?Not really.. Joe Hart keeps pretty much everyone out the England team.
Our very own Ming keeps well.. Everyone else out of our team.
Oh and Wojchiech Szczesny kept Alisson out of the Roma team last season.
Nice sentiment though.
