Inter have signed Pazzini.

That's not their first signing in this window is it ?
Came on as a sub at half time and scored 2 to help Inter comeback from 2-0 down to win 3-2. Good way to start off.

Keane has agreed a loan move to West Ham, he didn't claim to be a boyhood fan of theirs though.

Blackpool are after Andy Reid, a fat left footed midfielder. Who could he replace in their team ?

WTF James McCarthy to Chelsea for £6M!

Hope they don't get him.

He'll never play again if he goes there. Sidwell syndrome.

We might well be in for him. Didn't Dalglish get personally involved in trying to convince him to come to Anfield in the first place?

If 'finding' Luis Suarez, who was propelled to global stardom by the World Cup, is the extent Mr. Comoli's fucking scouting network, then I am deeply unimpressed.

Depends whether this Torres business presages a general loosening of the pursestrings by Abramovich. So far this season they've been giving more game time than before to their young players, largely because they didn't spend much last summer.

'You mean the worldcup handball guy?'

'Err yees, I ave also descovered a player no one will 'ave 'eard of called Charles Adam'

'You mean the fat guy who everyone is talking about?'

'Yeees, eet as been difficult but i feel wiz zees names i av identified we can get zee jump on less prepared cloobs'

He's shit.

Zackerly.

I thought at this point we'd have given a debut to Francisco Loe Huerdinos (AKA El Hambra) who would be terrorising right backs after we picked him up from the Peruvian champions Universidad Santa Maria for half a million and that we'd already been turning down massive bids for Viktor M'Ktonko, the pacey battering ram centre forward we picked up from the Lille youth team for 100K.

But no. It's the footballer who got most headlines at the last worldcup and a bloke who did well against us last week.

Found it, from July 2009:

Like Skullflower, I want someone exotic so I pin my completely unrealistic dreams on his mystery talents.

I hope we sign Flavio de la Concieciao Matuso, AKA El Gromedar (trans.= the barefooted minstrel warrior), player of the season in Colombia, only 21 but already over six foot and built like a brick shit house. They call him the Latin Molby because of the range and accuracy of his passing.

So summing up. 38 pages in and our transfer news so far is Babel and Ecclestone have gone and weve signed Buju Banton.

Like a Baaaaawwws!!

I realise that this is unlikely to make the transfer window seem more exciting but Ayala has left for Derby on loan.

So Torres is gone today. Shouldn't Comolli be judged on what replacement he can bring in on short notice? After all, he"did" have a list of alternative targets as ready made replacement if the Suarez deal didn't go through.

I read an article that Henry called Lerner directly to enquire about Young's availability and was turned down. Let's see what develops today.

Considering that we were looking at Ricky von Wolfswinkel, could he be a last minute addition as a striker? If it does happen, we'll have the shortest strike force in the Premiership.

According to a report this morning, the Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has no intention of weakening his team if Fernando Torres joins Chelsea, and is lining up a shock bid to take Andy Carroll to Anfield as an adequate replacement.

The Lying Rag says that Damien Comolli has been talking to Newcastle for the last couple of days, and is willing to pay up to £30m to prise the England striker away from St James Park, and they are going to use the offer of trebling the 22 year-old’s wages to £90,000 a week to persuade the loyal Toon star to accept the move.

I'd say Adam and N'Zog are happening. It will be interesting to see who or if anyone else arrives.

Something about Racing being interested in Jovanovic on Sky:

Graeme Bailey:
Spanish reports confirm Nikola Zigic will complete his move back to Racing Santander once Obafemi Martins seals his switch to Birmingham. It is also reported that Racing are ready to move for Milan Jovanovic and Giovani dos Santos. Follow me on Twitter @graemebailey

Is Noone Suarez middle name by any chance?
JESUS CHRIST!!
Suarez has NOT signed yet.

I don't understand why there are pics of him in our training shizzle and walking around the gaff and claims he passed a medical on saturday yet he's still not 'signed'?!
