I haven’t read it personally but I believe there was an article in the athletic declaring our training a bit of a disaster? So no doubt we’ll turn Tielemans into an injury ridden mess.

The fact that it would be our entire budget is unacceptable in itself. These owners need legging.

We don't wait till Summer because he would be free, pay them £8m and Douglas Luiz £8m and Max Aaron's £20m.

Yeah, thats true. But if the fee is close to 120 mill etc then there arent many clubs that can compete for his signature.
 
Linked with Zaha today. 6 months left on his contract in January. Loads of other clubs want him on a free. Can see him leaving the Premier League and trying his luck in Italy or France.

Even If we sell the Ox for a cut price £5-10m it would get him of the books. How much is he on a week 120,000K that's 1.2m every ten weeks, 6m+ a year.
How many weeks has he sat injured...?
There must be some club sitting near the bottom of some league in Europe willing to take the chance,and if he refuses to go Klopp needs to make it very clear to him that he will never play for Liverpool again, and good luck trying to find a top flight Club in Europe then.

As for Keita. another on 120.000k pw I would be happy if week received £20m-£30m for him

I was the first, from day one to say that we never should have signed Chamberlain. Wenger said of him that in all the time at Arsenal that AOC has not improved, and how they must have laugh when Liverpool wanted to pay £40m for him... It is something that I always maintained

Keita is a player that I like and for me he always should be playing when fit.... Unfortunately he is rarely fit for long now, and therefor needs to be moved on

Good question, if he is fit most of the time, there is no way we sign him. Yo gey his LFC career going and to know he has made it once he signs for us, he has got to get at least a long term muscle injury after the first game, ruling him out for six months.

He will get injured after 10 minutes of digging. You will have to drive him to the local hospital and deal with the administration as well as a partially dug garden.

The signing is right on the basis that he is 30, and therefore if any club manager is to squeeze the last ounce out of him, it's Klopp, and also he is injury prone according to some of you so perfect fit.

But it don't make sense, coz on the left we have Diaz coming back, and Jotta should be OK by then, also Curtis can playbon that side , and also we are trying to get Carvalho to play there. And finally why are signing anyone for that position when we need proper midfielders. Finally as I have said before .. Training is our transfer window, not players especially when we have players at this club already, we should wait for them to all die before we even consider signing anyone.
 
Lads, we have many issues right now, but Alex Oxade Chamberlain ain't one. He's been a foregone conclusion for a while now
 
Seeing that we are still in the hunt for MFs in Jan, there's 3 names which I think are worth more investigating by the recruitment team. All 3 have their contracts ending in Jun 2023
  1. Youri Tielemans
  2. Houssem Aouar
  3. Daichi Kamada, a Tall Japanese player that has 6 goals (10 in all Comps) and 3 Ass to his



Watch now how all 3 sign up to new contracts
 
Is there actually any rumours or is this another thread where people list who they buy on Football Manager and then cry when it doesn’t happen in real life?
