young is pathetic and does not deserve to be at this level - he should be no where near a red shirt.
At times it seems as though Rooney is on a different level to the rest of the team. I find it odd to hear the commentators talk about a solid England performance (minus the blunders) because the Dutch have been rather comfortable.
Either way, these days I find it hard to support England when Gerrard isn't playing, so Kuyt & co. it is. Kuyt has been very good so far - be great if he can continue in this vein of form for us.

i've seen him play live twice, he was shit then, and I posted at the time - he flatters to decieve and is one trick pony who does not have the dribbling skills at the highest level - he stands out like a sore thumb in a hard working but relatively skilless villa team. he will NEVER make it as a top four player.

After a very shaky first 5 mins England controlled the game for the next 30 mins before another defensive blunder put them on the back foot. Should have had a penalty at 1-0 down and probably don't deserve to be 2 down but neither Beckham (whose blowing and surely can't come back on) or Young have done much.
