As for the poll, it's obviously Kenny.

If a club is extremely well-run, with a top squad and well-funded, Mourinho is the kind of manager you'd like.

Admittedly, he is a very very good manager (as well as often being an odious shit); but we are none of those things; we're in desperate need of someon to try to fix the problems with a painfully limited squad. That would take a good manager capable of inspiring the players to fight for the club, to reclaim some pride in what the Red shirt means. Only a manager with a deep love of the club who desperately wants to restore some lustre could do that.

Mourinho could do none of those things now.

alternatively nesv may have a long term plan that involves buying world class 'potential' and are willing to kick a couple of years into touch. I don't think this role would suit jose or kenny.

I went for Kenny, it's the first time in a long time that I'm really excited to watch us play. As much as I thought Rafa was the right man for us I still found our brand of football a bit boring to watch on occasions. Yeah it's early doors but I'm really enjoying our new style, we seem to have taken the best bits of the Rafa-era like the fast paced pressing game and added some real creativity to our attack which is what I thought we were always missing.

Is it me or does it seem that Mourinho just really wants the prestige of being a winner in every big football league? I think he'll stay with Real until he's won what he can; then what? International?

I'm not voting because I don't think it's a realistic choice. Whether Kenny starts as manager next season depends on how well he does for the rest of this season. And there is no way Mourinho would come to us because he would only move to a club that has a massive transfer budget.
