I agree to an extent but fuck me wanted Gini, what it Newcastle slapped a 50m price tag on him? There has to be a point where we say as a club that a player isn't worth what the selling club want.
If we get a reputation of paying whatever the asking price for Klopps main targets we'll be taken to school more so than we have in the past.
Not that I don't want this lad but at 60m I think it's a crazy gamble much like VVD at 70m, Fucking nuts and unlike Utd, City and Chelsea we don't have bottomless pit of money, we are a club in debt
Wijnaldum, like Mane and Salah, wasn't Klopp's first choice anyway.
Pogba left United and won four Serie A titles on the bounce at Juventus, was named in the Serie A team of the year three times, won Best Young Player, and was also in the UEFA team of the year and FIFA team of the year in 2015.
Keita has played one season in the Bundelsiga and scored 6 goals.
It's a fucking travesty that Keita's price tag is anywhere fucking NEAR that of Paul Pogba.
I have a horrible feeling that "mom" was trying to claim Keita's price-tag is actually quite reasonable given how much Pogba cost United.
So I gleefully tore him a new one.

we are a club in debt
Who were?
Gotze was first choice before we went for Mane
Brandt's reluctance to move from Germany meant we went after Salah.
I thought everyone was aware of these facts. Poor the Oli.
Like everything though, that debt has to be taken in context. A relative net neutral 2 years of business and building a new stand (without naming rights) will probably be better reflected in next year's accounts. It's nothing to worry about.
Wasn't Keita rushed to the hospital for a heart condition of some sort earlier this year? That'd be my main concern regarding this intended swoop.
Yes, in mid March he collapsed on the pitch with what was reported to be a circulatory problem.
I think he'd be great as a player but I'm not up for having him die on the pitch. Scares me quite a bit.
Then why is Salah a similar price to Mane? The market has increased clearly but that's no excuse to be reckless with our money. I think we're all getting ahead of ourselves here. It's a stupid amount of money that can surely be better spent. If all fees have doubled since last summer, then 60mill is probably the going rate for him.

We should just offer what we think he's worth. Circa £35M. If that's what Bakayoko is going for, I don't see why Keita should be costing much more.
The market is the market. I have no idea about this guy, personally, but invariably you get what you pay for.
Without being facetious, it's basic demand and supply.
I need this explained further

I can't.
I googled 'Keita v Bayayoko' and it's all I got.
Not sure with this....
If Salah is 35 ish with what he scored etc then how can a nobody in the game be worth 60???
Length of contract. Desire of player to move. Need of club to sell. Age. Selling club. Buying club etc etc. There are so many variables involved in a transfer, comparing any two will get you nowhere.
