Thread title a bit much?
I don't think it is really. We don't need to talk about the Hull game. It was a Liverpool under Rodgers / Klopp loss to relegation fodder by numbers:
Someone lie to me and tell me it's all going to get better!
I don't think it is really. We don't need to talk about the Hull game. It was a Liverpool under Rodgers / Klopp loss to relegation fodder by numbers:
- loads of possession
- set-piece nightmares
- goalkeeping errors
- looking like the most susceptible team to counter-attacks in the history of the game
- inability to create any meaningful chances
- Bonus points usually awarded for an opposition player scoring their first goal for the club or a ridiculous never to be repeated stunner.
- Our better players have another year on the clock
- Our 'project' players have regressed badly
- We have the same systemic issues plaguing us and we look no closer to addressing them
Someone lie to me and tell me it's all going to get better!
