I've had it done to me and seen my friends do to ex's.
You have to ask yourself two tough questions.
Do you really want to stay with her.
If the answer is yes, then you have to decide can you live with the idea that she might
not want you if you come clean.
Furthermore if you want to keep her and have no more guilt, honesty is the only way.
I've seen girls who love the honesty route. They are so used to guys lying and cheating
that when one does it and comes clean they actually think they are lucky to have an honest one.
If you don't see a long term future then why the guilt?
Just break up.
