i've been following this on a number of football forums and our biggest supporters are the united fans, even suggesting they make a banner supporting the justice campaign when we play them, good to see countless fans come together today to show support and put their rivalries aside.

That's brilliant. It would make the best possible memorial to the 96 if this kind of spirit could be maintained into the future.

I don't know what to say. I'm obviously thrilled for those people who have been actively and tirelessly fighting for the truth to finally come out and will have an easy nights sleep for the first time in over two decades and all the many, many others directly or indirectly affected, but I couldn't help feel how tragic it was when it was revealed FORTY ONE innocent lives could have potentially been saved. Mixture of feelings.

Yup been on Newcastleonline( NUFC fan forum) and Knees up mother brown (WH forum) and both sets of fans are very supportive.
nope, il have a look as it interests me how this is all perceived by others, the only site that seems to believe The Lying Rag accusations are over at blue moon, dont know why they are so hostile against us to be honest. Joined shedend with the chelsea fans to discuss it, they are reasoning quite well and are generally quite supportive
In fairness, they don't seem to be in tune with their own club then.
I think the vast majority of football fans in general will be sympathetic, but you're going to have a minority of nobhead fans of rival football teams shamelessly using those clearly false allegations to have a pop at Liverpool.

I'm pleased with how fans of other teams are holding their hands up and saying fair enough - Justice for the 96. What an emotional day it has been for me. Ultimately though it's been rewarding. YNWA
