Half term review.

Reina - C+ - Good games spoiled by howlers. Must try harder.
Enrique - A - Triffic player triffic attitude.
Agger - B+ - Very good season and good to see more games being played.
Skrtel - A - Fantastic season and since replacing Carra we have been much tighter.
Johnson - B- - Hit mostly with the odd error
Lucas - A+ - Wonderful from wonderman.
Adam - A - I cant fault him at all, hes been very good
Downing - C+ - Maybe unfair as he has worked hard but there hasnt been enough end result.
Maxi - B+ - Could get more but hasnt featured enough
Bellamy - B - Decent but not doing enough consistently
Carroll - D - Really poor.
Suarez - B+ - Let down by finishing. All round play would be an A.
Henderson - C - Better at CM but not yet justifying 17m
Carragher - C- - Mistakes and slowing legs have cost him his place.
Coates - C - Playing ok but big mistakes in games have cost him
Spearing - C - Not played enough
Kuyt - C- - Been very poor so far
Gerrard - C+ - Great when weve seen him
Kelly - B+ - Very good when played

Kenny - B - Got most things right to be fair.

Oppo keepers - A+

A bit harsh on ................

Coates who having made the mistake in the first half of the Stoke game had a decent second half and was excellent for all of the Chelsea game.
Henderson, who having had a quiet "done nothing wrong but not an awful lot right" start continues to grow with every game and is looking a top prospect for the future

and a bit kind to.......

Johnson who has rarely shined in the going forward role while in defence he has continued to look suspect and is partly culpable for at least a couple of goals conceded

You can't fault him but you don't give him an A+? I think I would give him the A+, Enrique too, simply for how quickly they have fitted into the team so quickly

Downing - D - Looked brighter in the last few weeks, but I'm disappointed with him so far. Not good enough.
Maxi - A - Done everything you could have asked for him and hasn't complained once at this club despite not being the guaranteed starter he should be (at present)

Carroll - U - Waste of space.
Suarez - B+ - Let down by finishing. All round play would be an A.
Henderson - C+ - Started poorly, IMO. Played like his was frightened, but in the last few weeks he's really come on and started to show his talent. There's a player in Henderson alright.
