i'd be surprised if he left now , he was pretty pissed off about the manner of their champions league defeat to Real . I reckon he'd fancy another go next year with a team he reckons is pretty decent . He might just take some time off while recovering from this surgery .

It won't be Mourinho, and why would you want it to be Moyes? It's going to take a very tough man indeed to take over from Ferguson and keep them at the top. Moyes is one of the few who I reckon would have a fighting chance of making it.

Regardless of the stature of the club (or perhaps because of it in some ways), taking over from that old scrote will be the most poisoned chalice in football. Mourinho may manage them one day, but I'll be gobsmacked if he does so immediately after Ferguson. Whoever they do get now, I reckon Mourinho could well be the one to take over from *him*.
