My Brother in law had one in 1992. Changed his life forever, Doctor didn't operate till Monday as his office hours were then (had Hemorrhage Wednesday) - Left it over weekend and he had a second. Which left him brain damaged. Fixable if the gash in the vein is fixed immediately.

A guy had a brain hemorrhage on the Wednesday, but no one operated on him until the Monday? The fuck.

the neurosurgeon was one of the only ones in Ireland at the time. Decided to leave it to the Monday as it suited him best. that was his surgery hours. Subsequent conversations confirmed him as an arrogant SOB when my sister wanted to try and get the kids looked at in case they were susceptible. Brother in Law brain damaged. Ruined his life, as he's not the guy he was. Kids were badly affected, and his wife (my sister too). That's 1992.
