I'm not sure I like the idea of that.. prefer to be the under dog...

Though tbf.. the way this side is set up its has all the makings of a great title winning side.. Yesterdays match was the first time I've actually thought.. Shit we are going to win this aren't we?

I thought attempting to catch City or at least matching them would have been a big ask this season.. It seems though that they are Bottlers, put them under pressure and they fold.. Tell tale signs last season in the Champions League against ourselves and when they had an opportunity to win the league title in the Manchester Derby

That's what's happening here again... As we are now dictating the show, they are folding... Twice now so far this season... Typically a team that produces whenever things are going its own way, add a little competition...

BOOM

City are still easily the favorites as far as I’m concerned. They’ve been so ridiculously consistent for so long, they’ll hardly drop too many more points and they normally don’t face teams that score 3 from 5 shots on goal.

BTW wasn’t @RedNinja calling for Klopp’s head last year?
Seriously.. never in a million years have I ever called for Klopps head..

You been taking those shrooms again

We are not favs, not by a long shot.

They have the depth, the quality, the manager , the experience of a title run in, the ability to invest in Jan and have their best player back as well as Aguero.

Only 4 points behind with the injuries they’ve had and playing most of the top 6 away already and us to go there.

City are massive favs but it’s nice to not be 25 points behind.

Just don't bet on us WHATEVER you do

Citeh are NOT "massive" favourites at all. Someone from Coral was just saying on the radio that, while Citeh are still a shade of odds-on at 4/5, we've now come in from 5/2 to 11/10 against. It's a real close race and the bookies know it.

Our odds are closing in.. massively... Win our two home games, we go into City game as Title favourites.. no two ways about it..

In fairness, you did create a thread called Sack Klopp.
I has ascan of that thread.
Not surprisingly, Glock was the only one who wanted rid of Klopp calling him Flopp.
Oh, and @King Emlyn also wanted him gone too.
Most people were critical of his obsession with VVD and worried about Klopp's ability to create a defense

Today is the 28th anniversary of the last time Palace beat Citeh away. The last time we were this far ahead of Manure at Christmas was that same season. The last time we won the title was that season.

Just sayin'.

I said that in a different thread and got slaughtered for mentioning it.

True. Sacking Mou helps but doesn't make you favs.

Funny how you disappeared as people stopped watching ManU and pops back into the world when they sack Mourinho...

If the crippling expectations of Liverpool fans isn't enough to fuck a team up, how would the rest of the footballing world even factor in.
