I've just chased a client for an answer to a question I first asked two weeks ago. She's come back to me to say she'd already replied via email and the answer was 'yesterday' so it's too late now. I know she didn't send that email, she knows she didn't and she knows that I know she didn't. And yet still we have to go through the fucking charade. You screwed up, deal with it or fuck the fuck off.
I despise people who drop a bollock and immediately look to pass the buck. So few people ever take responsibility these days and it makes my fucking blood boil!
