Thar may be some truth in thar pirate Jules, but way it was couched was so basked in generalizations, it was hard for me to agree with. Well, seeing as this investigation focussed solely on a complaint from one member of the public, who claimed that his mate knew a bit of Portuguese, could sort of lip read a bit, too, in his spare time, and looked at a clip on TV and decided Maureen was saying something that might have meant 'bitch' but might not have, I'm not surprised it was thrown out. I'm more surprised it was considered in the first place. The FA would be holding investigations every damned day if they responded to every twat who calls in with that sort of complaint. Mind you, seeing as he sneered enough about her in English, in recorded interviews, they could have seized on that as 'derogatory,' seeing as it was, but I guess they're not really interested in taking it seriously anyway.
