Are we the only English team that has played Barca away and not only won, but managed to keep 11 men on the field? It seems as big an achievement as winning against them.

Reflecting on what he's seen here tonight, Gary Neville suggests there are three or four teams that could beat this Barcelona outfit. He feels Bayern, PSG, Real Madrid - and arguably Atletico and Chelsea could give them a run for their money.

He cant count.. I make that 6....

So Every team in the last 8 bar Olympiakos then Gary ?

Eriksen loses the ball cheaply, Benfica break and a great finish gives them a 1-0 lead.

Benfica break with such speed.

i don't get what sherwood has been up to recently . He may have been right with some things he said after the chelsea game but he's coming across as quite aggressive and pissed off at everything . He's only in the job a few months but it appears he can't handle the pressure . Not exactly the image you want to portray when looking for the job long term or indeed potential jobs elsewhere .

I haven't followed his situation that closely but it does seem that he's adopted quite an aggressive stance from the get go, particularly when it's come to his position there. You can't help but think "who the fuck are you again?". I'd be pretty surprised if Levy kept him on - he seems like a pretty demanding character but lacks any of the credentials to back it up.

His face at the end of that game was priceless. Looked as though he could barely contain his rage. I only watched bits of the game but from what I saw Spurs looked a mess and were well beaten.

Sherwoods attack on the players in the media and their 2 hour chat in the dressing room after the final whistle at SB worked out well.
