I'd take him in Jan all day, but he does seem to have downed tools. Also doesn't make much sense for him to go in Jan when he can hold off for another 5months and triple his pay. If he's stiffed spurs upto now, I can't see him being all generous and allowing them to sell him in Jan.

Both would fit IMO. Eriksen definitely fits the mould for Klopp (creative attacking midfielder who can run and press), can you imagine him feeding our front three ? And Son would be great to cover both wings.

But he's at that age where he isn't going to get fitter and his style is now a question mark for our team... I think he'd be a great signing for a lot of teams and if Klopp wanted him (which isn't going to happen because of attitude based on the first time he was available) I'd want him too.

We need to buy younger players who can develop into what we need and still have the legs for what Klopp's system demands.

Agree with you. If looking at a Scandinavian midfielder these days we should look at Ødegaard, as he has the potential to be massive. Eriksen will not go from here and do better than i.e. Ox or Keita which we already have.
