Kenny and the club get it right again. Very decent and generous. I'm sure it made the family feel just a little bit better if only for a short while and the ward receiving the donation able to do more.
It's refreshing to hear/see our conferences with Kenny. He just has that aura/command/respect of the people and he will give as good as he gets. Makes a massive change compared to the boring Woy ones....... Long live the King
Dalglish told his post-match press conference: "It's my first European night here as a manager - period. I've never done it before but it was quite enjoyable.
"It's a fantastic football club. I was a lucky man to come back here in unfortunate circumstances.
"I'm only here because of the good work done before me by the players and by Roy (Hodgson). It's a great honour to be here in charge of the club, but an even bigger one to be here on a European night - and also winning."
WHAT!!!!
I know that he means Europa League but still. 'Good job' and 'Roy Hodgson' doesn't belong in the same sentence.
Kenny always comes out with some good ones during a press conference
On Martin Kelly, Dalglish added: “He’s just felt a twinge at the top of his leg. He told us he only felt it when he walked, so we told him to keep running.â€
