How good is he at heading? I've seen him attack a few corners, but i'm not entirely sold on him playing CB yet.

That said i think you're right that we should look to our youth first and foremost, like Wilson or whoever. Look at Sunderland for example. Henderson was one of their best players and he cam through their ranks.
