Science is science. The truth is the truth. There are parties though who are manipulating the presentation of information and data to suit their agenda and peddling that as an objective truth. On both sides.
Virginia has no shortage of education case law, which puts all their schools at high risk of being sued into oblivion at the drop of a hat, if a student so much as gets a paper cut and a full 25 page risk assessment was not lodged beforehand, game over. One can only imagine the consequences if a student suffered a heart attack.
