Chinese "Devil Virus" - anyone worried?

It great I hate being near other humans. Even though I went the match last week. Felt like crap for a few days after but that could’ve been a hangover.

Keeping your distance is the best prevention. I fully agree there.

The UK also seems to be releasing data that suggests your immune system will be weaker after taking the vaccine. So once the three month period of effectiveness is up a "vaccinated" person is more prone to Covid than an unvaccinated one.

We don't report on the number of cases prevented often enough. You'd know roughly 18 people that would be positive if nobody had the vaccine.

I've not been vaccinated but practically all of my close friends bar one or two out of about 12 or 13 have had the virus. They're all vaccinated apart from two others. I suspect I might have had it early on and not realised. Though I went through a phase of getting tested pretty regularly at the outset. Just been lucky so far, I guess.

But their families will be vaccinated so it will be sound, right?

No, the unvaccinated are like a bomb - they will kill everyone within 20ft of them.

Even though Omicron began and is mainly spreading in the vaccinated, the unvaccinated pose a grave threat to the world.

Just because you haven't experienced a personal connection to the figure, do not presume to deny the divine reality of those of us who have.
Apologies.

Billions of cases have been prevented by the vaccine that doesn't prevent transmission or infection.

As posted in the one of the other 1000 threads about Covid on this site. It was just released a massive study from Oxford which included 38 million people or something which said that you are more likely to get heart issues by having Covid then the vaccine.

Of course as always Hansern has missed one hugely important qualifier in this study :
  • Only risks associated with the first vaccine dose were examined, as data on outcomes following second doses was limited at the time of this study since the vaccination program in the UK is still underway.

And we already know the second dose causes more problems.

Why have none of the newspapers that reported on this study noticed this ?

Everyone I know that uses it is either an early teen or someone who definitely on some kind of list.

Understand why you need to be extra careful so.

This is the link: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#datatracker-home

Click on: Vaccine Effectiveness and Breakthrough Surveillance

Then: Rates of COVID-19 Cases and deaths by Vaccination status

Then, in the chart, click on age group.

You'll see for every age group, the rate of cases and deaths is far higher for unvaccinated.

This is why I say it's not even a question any more, the vaccine is really effective in reducing cases and deaths.

Omicron was a strain identified in mid 2020 but disappeared off the radar, only to re-emerge as predicted by one of the South African experts who works on one of Bill Gates committees.

Apparently it's unheard of for a strain to disappear for months and then re-emerge like this.

There's also an unusual amount of mutations that are suspiciously like what might happen in a lab rather than in nature.
