I imagine Delta will drop off and that they haven't been able to confirm more Omicron yet. Omicron has more or less totally displaced Delta in South Africa.
Sadly, endless lockdowns, vaccines, boosters, restrictions etc are easier than encouraging a population to live a more healthy lifestyle.

Genuine question, what do you think of Dr Peter McCullough? Obviously I'd never heard of him until recently, and he seemed to be held in very high regard until he aired his views on Covid and vaccines etc.

No, to understand what you're talking about in science (or engineering, or research or epidemiology, or finance) you need to be able to talk in mathematics, fluently. Specifically the type of mathematics that arises in nature. You don't have that skill, nor can you distinguish whether your reliable source or public expert has it. That is why you end up being the blind led by the blind from one comically bad conclusion to the next.

No, assumptions are things you can test, in the same way you test the theory. By figuring out it's implications and comparing it to nature. That's how science tests theories. It's how I test all my assumptions as well. I hate assuming because you can imagine it doubles your workload each time you are forced to make one. What you never do is make an assumption and not test it, or even worse make an assumption that nature tells you is wrong. Then your work is just a waste of time. That's my research though. Their research is not like mine.
Your experts that you rely upon make a litany of bad assumptions, they're intellectually dishonest, or else they just ignore some part of the physics altogether to make their life easy. That's why I have to substitute better or new assumptions into their shite work to get a more correct conclusion. You're just totally oblivious to it all because you're mathematically iliterate.
